1. Shipping Methods
We are currently using Postnets shipping service and may expand in the future. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and the total weight of your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Delivery Time
For standard shipping with Postnet, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination.
4. Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Returns
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.
Should an opened product be returned, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and materials are included. If an opened item is returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to levy an additional fee.
Goods returned in opened packaging must be in a condition suitable for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
All products being shipped back should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked. We will not be liable for damages if a product is damaged while being shipped to our offices. It is recommended to insure any items sent to us.
All orders canceled by the client prior to shipping (i.e., before fulfillment), for which payment has been received, will be refunded in full including any quoted delivery charges. Until the order is shipped (“fulfilled”), all payments made by the client and received by us are fully refundable deposits.
2. Replacements
All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, which is at least one year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. Some products have longer manufacturer warranties, and we honor these warranties as well.
If you have a faulty item, contact us, and we will assist you with the return process. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to us, but we will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.
In the unlikely event that a product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and will cover the shipping costs both ways. This is part of our commitment to providing a satisfactory shopping experience.
