BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Useful answers.
Less guesswork.

Know what to share and what to confirm before arranging IT support.

Which IT service should I choose?

Start with the task or problem in front of you. Choose IT Support for everyday troubleshooting, Computer Repairs for a device fault, or one of the installation services for a new setup. If you are unsure, describe what is happening and the team can help identify the right starting point.

Can you help if I do not know my computer’s specifications?

Yes—start with the make and model if you know them, and explain what you need to do. An error message or a photo of the issue can be useful. Do not include passwords, licence keys or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Does software or Windows installation include a licence?

Do not assume a licence is included. Some devices already have an eligible Windows licence, while applications may need a separate purchase or subscription. Confirm the software, edition and licensing requirements with the team before installation.

Will a Windows reinstall keep my files and apps?

That depends on the installation method and the condition of the existing system. Some methods remove data and applications. Agree on the backup, reinstall and restore plan first, including anything that cannot be transferred automatically.

Can you transfer data from a damaged drive?

A routine transfer needs the source files to be accessible. A damaged or unreadable drive may need a separate recovery assessment. Tell us what happened and how important the files are; successful recovery cannot be promised.

Can you guarantee that every malware issue can be cleaned?

No single cleanup approach fits every infection. The condition of the system, the threat involved and any account compromise affect the next steps. In some cases, a reinstall or additional account-security work may be needed.

What will the service cost, and how long will it take?

The scope, device condition, software requirements and any parts or licences affect the cost and timing. Share the issue and your preferred timeline, then confirm any assessment fees and the proposed work with the team.
