Which service should I choose?
If you want more capability from a working PC, start with upgrades. If it is hot or dusty, explore maintenance. For crashes, startup failures or an unclear fault, hardware diagnostics is a useful starting point. You can also describe the issue to us and we’ll help you choose.
Should I upgrade my PC or replace it?
That depends on its age, current components and what you need it to do. An SSD or memory upgrade may be worthwhile, while an older platform with several limitations may justify a new build. Share your specifications, goals and budget so the options can be considered together.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
Costs and timing depend on the fault, the work required and any parts needed. Ask the team about assessment fees and expected turnaround when you enquire. A more useful estimate may require checking the PC first.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Include your PC model or component list, the symptoms, when they started and any recent hardware or software changes. For gaming issues, include the game, monitor resolution and what you are noticing. Please do not send passwords or private files.
Do I need to back up my files?
Back up important files before any hardware work where possible. If the PC cannot start or you cannot access the drive, mention this before arranging service so the team understands your data concerns.
Will gaming optimisation guarantee higher FPS?
No fixed FPS increase can be promised. Results vary with the game, resolution, settings and hardware. The aim is to identify configuration issues, check stability and help you understand the limits of your current setup.
