The MSI B840 Gaming Plus WiFi is an AM5 ATX gaming motherboard designed for AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 Series processors. It combines a 7+2+1 phase power design with high-speed DDR5 memory, PCIe 4.0 connectivity, Wi-Fi 7 and 2.5G LAN for a capable modern gaming platform.
Performance & Expansion
Four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 256GB of memory at speeds up to 8000+ MT/s (OC), with AMD EXPO support. The board provides a PCIe 4.0 x16 graphics slot, a secondary PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots for high-speed NVMe storage.

The B840 Gaming Plus WiFi features Wi-Fi 7 with up to 5.8Gbps wireless throughput, Bluetooth 5.4 and 2.5G LAN. MSI also includes EZ M.2 Shield Frozr II, EZ M.2 Clip II, EZ PCIe Clip II, Flash BIOS and Audio Boost features.
